Since the owner of the McConnell House, Jason McConnell, (an amazing chef by the way), loves horses so much I thought it would be great to do a horse theme table. Of course I only used vintage props; old worn old cowboy boots, an antique horse weathervane, old spurs, branding irons, old books, etc. Once the props were in place it just seemed fitting to use grasses instead of actual flowers. I thought the tall, airiness of the grasses were perfect for this design. What do you think?
